You can stop all the collection of information and data by our software applications at any time by simply uninstalling the application. You can do this by using the uninstall process of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. HOW CAN YOU REQUEST TO HAVE YOUR DATA DELETED?
If you would like to have your personal data deleted from our systems, you can submit a request by emailing baso@sisanda.net. Please include your full name, email address, and any other relevant details in the request to help us verify and fulfill your request. We will respond promptly to all legitimate requests in compliance with applicable laws.
CHILDREN
Sisanda Tech collects information from children only with the consent of their parents and collects the information from the parents on behalf of their children to create their child’s user account. Allowing a child to have their user account enables the child to have access to features such as being able to store and retrieve their progress on tasks as well to keep a record of the rewards and badges that they earn as they complete challenges and tasks. Furthermore, a user account also allows the child and parent to access a more personalised learning experience on our website and applications as they will be able to tailor their experience according to their preferences and such preferences can be saved and updated by the user on their unique profile or account.Sisanda Tech does not solicit information or market to children under the age of 13 years. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, the parent or guardian should contact us via email or telephone to inform us and we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM CHILDREN?
If a user has indicated that they are a child when trying to register to use our website or our applications, we will collect the parent’s email address and obtain verifiable parental consent before allowing the child to provide any additional information which is personal in nature.
